Precautions

  • Establish a regular exercise routine. Physical activity can help reduce anxiety levels by releasing endorphins, improving your sleep, and providing a healthy distraction from anxious thoughts.
  • Create a relaxing bedtime routine to improve sleep quality. Avoid screen time at least an hour before bed, and consider calming activities like reading or taking a warm bath. Good sleep hygiene can significantly impact anxiety levels.
